Maxine Beckie

Maxine is interested in technology, engineering and design – discovering what makes something go – and she loves to share her knowledge with others. She graduated from UBC with a B.Sc in mathematics and has tutored students from grade 4 up to and including University. Her real passion is working with youth and presenting math in a fun and approachable way! She is a big computer nerd, especially when it comes to linux and the rust programming language. Maxine also enjoys reading and writing poetry, bike mechanics, and plant identification.
