Grace Ying

Grace was raised in Hong Kong and moved to Vancouver to pursue her undergraduate degree at UBC. She was stunned by the beauty of Vancouver, and after graduating from UBC with a BSc in Chemistry, she decided to call it place home. Grace is enthusiastic about Chemistry and loves sharing her passion with students. Over the years, she has mastered the skill of explaining abstract or big concepts using simple words. She enjoys spending time with teens and kids, especially seeing progression in their abilities. At BrainBoost, Grace tutors Math and Chemistry. When Grace is not tutoring, you can spot her hiking various trails in the lower mainland or learning German.
