This cooking class is all about providing fundamental culinary skills and knowledge while promoting healthy eating habits. We will focus on basic cooking techniques, food safety practices, and nutrition principles. Students will learn to prepare a variety of dishes ranging from simple snacks to more complex meals, encouraging creativity and exploration in the kitchen. Additionally, the class will emphasize the importance of sustainable food practices and cultural diversity in culinary traditions, fostering an appreciation for different cuisines and ingredients.
